@asdfxyz1 its a game of excitement and suspense. . . its to create anxiety and thrill. in the casinos I play this game all the time, you should hear the build-up and hype when someone is lifting it slowly, it truly is exciting. but again it is a high roller game only, minimum bet is 3-4 hundred per hand where I sit.

@UnWarierMage Are you going to believe in something everyone can modified or someone who actually knows about the game ?

  4. estesoyojajaja Says:

@chi773guy what about Texas Hold’ em Poker ? You do not like it ?

  5. UnWarierMage Says:

The way the scoring works (according to Wikipedia) is that your score is whatever the value of your cards is modulo 10.

    in other words:

    10 or picture + 10 or picture = 20… 20 mod 10 = 0 (20/10 = 2 remainder 0… we take the remainder as the score)… score = 0

    10JQK + 9 = 19 (19/10 = 0 remainder 9)… score = 9

“Baccarat” also means “zero”… which is weird considering the game is named after the WORST possible hand.

Draw and stand rules are a little complicated… see wiki…

I play baccarat everyday. I love it and make money with it. It truely is the best game in the casino. The game is almost 50-50, and the shoe often delivers patterns that help you win hands.

  8. jinenjuce Says:

Everyone at a seat can bet on the outcome of the player and banker hands. You can either bet Player or Dealer wins, or tie. Some casinos have a rule for a “dragon” bet, where the three cards the banker gets wins at a 7. Some casinos further have a bet on the player hand winning with the three cards totaling 8. These rules seem to vary from casino to casino, as do the payoffs.

  9. icutad2 Says:

    @stangtrax yes

  10. stangtrax Says:

Why bend the cards? Does the casino use new cards for every shoe?

  11. asdfxyz1 Says:

So whats the point of bending the cards?????

  15. xcel08 Says:

@starfoxhound87 Basically the board is where you decide what you will bet on, there are three type of bets you can make, you can bet that the dealers hand will win, you can bet that the players hand will win or you can bet that the dealer and the player will tie.

  16. starfoxhound87 Says:

Great explanation on the game, but how does the board work?
Can another good explanation video be done to show where to put money on the board and what each part refers to in baccarat?

  17. frycookking Says:

    Good quick explanation, nice work.
