You need to win the highest bet at the Fights. To unlock this event you need to solve sequence 3 of the story, then the fights will become available automatically in the barracks. That’s the place where the headquarters of the mercenaries are situated. Just go into the building, walk down the stairs and win all 5 rounds while betting 500f all over the time. A simple trick you should make use of: Throwing sand in the beginning of the rounds with multiple enemies will help you a lot! When you are lucky, you can take out one or maybe two enemies with one hit then. Try to counter if you can and make use of a good combo with punches and kicks. There’s always that guy that dodges every attack, even your kicks. Simply throw sand at him rendering him blind then proceed with attacking, 90% of the time this will lead to an instant execution. What I usually do is skip him and take out the other four first since they’re faster to beat up.
Also, when you’re in mid-animation of executing someone, and another mercenary tries to attack you, counter attacking them will lead to an instant execution.

Just a little tip, you only need to do the last fight at 500f everything else not necessary 🙂

This is one of the easier achievements in this game. Throw sand in the beginning, quickly choke-slam one of the enemies. Pound on another one until someone attacks you. Counter it, and you WILL get an instant-kill. I instant-killed 3 of them with counters before pounding the last one to death. It took me one try. The sand throwing in the beginning was a useful tip. Thanks.
